What's everyone's thoughts on a 10pt deduction if you enter and don't vote? I am happy to scrap it if its unpopular.

I think its reasonable enough as it helps to ensure Maximum number of votes are cast. Its effectively the same as saying if you enter a pic and don't vote your pic is ineligible.
