Not there, but it's the right round and very close.

Above Bealach Coire Ghadheil on the NE slope of An Socach, looking across the northern flanks of Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan?

I like your thinking but you are colder.
The Munro in the first pic right at the back is the highest North of the great glen and I'm looking WSW
The ridge up to the Munro in the second pic points North (I'm looking South)

At last...well done.
We finally got there. It is a ridge that many are unlikely to descend and therefore the view was probably a little confusing to folk. Beautiful part of the world - especially in those conditions.
Over to you.

Cheers NeepNeep, that was a struggle
. I was up there last year too, not for the first time, this pic was taken from Beinn Fhionnlaidh looking back at your camp site, your photo was taken from round about here (red arrow) I think.
A totally different subject now, does anybody recognise this precarious bridge?

Is it Monessie Gorge? I have to confess to cheating with Google image search because I was curious about what looks to be a completely dry river bed in this photo.

Yes it's the river Spean at the Monessie Gorge. A great place to visit but no parking, I park at the top of the hill at the church carpark (Cille Choirill) across the A86 if there is nothing on there. The church and churchyard is worth a visit also. The bridge is owned by the aluminium company (was Rio Tinto think it's an Indian company now) and was open but in need of repair when I was last there - 2 years ago. There was water running, just the level was low.
All yours

Ps. I can never seem to find anything with google image search

It's further North than the Tay. It's also West of Anagach Wood.
