Yes, its in the mist on the right somewhere (or at least one of the subsidiary tops). Beinn a'Bhuird on the left.
Turned into a cracking day a few hours later.

Cheers prog. I had posted a picture from a similar spot but struggled to ID your photo with the cloud covering the hills.

Try this one. Which hill is standing behind this obsolete pile of stones someone built many years ago?

Yes that's it. The bridge would be under Loch Cluanie in high water conditions. All yours. :D

Would like to have seen that although I got the hill id from the forestry patches initially(which I think are now felled) . And a bridge related website on further research - http://scotlandsoldestbridges.co.uk/index.html

Anyway, heres a munro from a rather unusual angle.

Nope, too far north and too much sandstone. The walking traverse over the skyline barely touches rock.
I'll admit tot being pleasantly surprised as to how stunning the view was.

Too much Rhyolite and too far south this time.

The crag on left looks familiar but I can place it. I'm guessing it got some winter routes on it?

Another guess; Ladhar Bheinn?

A similar layout but too far west. There are indeed winter routes in the coire and one of the first ascentionists failed to recognise it!

I'm intrigued by the last part of your answer - especially as I suspect it rules out another of my thoughts.

I could keep swinging at this but perhaps it would be fairer to see if someone actually knows it before I keep guessing.
