We spent that day driving to Suffolk and going round Framlingham Castle and Southwold. We had everywhere to ourselves!
It's not Elidir Fawr - the quarrying on its flanks is less extensive but is still one of the World Heritage areas. A couple of photos of the area may help.
The hill is slightly to the right of the middle of the aerial shot.
Also, the village I mentioned is not directly connected with the quarrying. It is most famous because of a legendary dog.
