Reckon you got it. I scoured Google earth and have only just found the view!!

I've actually been there - twice! Once to fish from the end of what must be the longest wooden pier in England and once to look at the Warrior which was restored there - still hsd to check on Google earth though :D .

North Blyth, to be exact. I was walking fiddly river mouth bits that fall in the gaps between the coastal paths, at new year (I did go to Seaham the next day - or maybe the day before!)

Been through some hard times Blyth, hope things are getting better now.

Where might you find this neat little hump and what is its name - it has two, either will do but bonus claps for getting both :) .

Appears a wee clue may be needed. I'll not make it cryptic, just to please Clive :D .

Located within an important ritual landscape.

Take a complete punt at Bronkham Hill in Dorset. Only because I'm thinking, given your clue, it might be man made and it's a lump like the one on that hill.

Not there, but you are on the right lines. All parts of the clue are relevant.

Well done, you got it! One of my "obscure southern ones" as threatened :) . North Wessex Downs AONB. Lots of good, interesting if not high walks.

Over to you.

It's always been an area of fascination to me with so many ancient sites such as Avebury etc although it's a long way from the North East. One day I will get down there to explore the area though. I did go to (but not into) Stonehenge once after visiting Salisbury and my wife said "we've come all the way round here just to see a pile of rocks!!" Arghhh.
This summit might be a bit mundane but the view are excellent, where is it?

Looks like Hedgehope in the Cheviots, but I'm not sure there's a way you could hide the gigantic summit cairn from view like this..

Yes Mortal you have it. A fairly easy one for you considering you were there only 6 months ago. Your turn. Are you on a Hewitt bagging mission?

Yes, I have an ambition to complete them someday, the plan is to do North Penines and Cheviots this year, I hope summer wouldn't be to wet.

Which hill?
