Gorgeous photo! Loch Shiel? Reminds me of canoeing down the northern shoreline.

Thought I'd got that and I was actually quite surprised it wasn't, as I have a very similar image that could almost have been taken on the same evening, but when you look closely, the lines aren't quite the same :lol:

No, so here's a clue that may be easier for those who are more aged.

You may comically mug an old Rover but the answer may be buried somewhere nearby.

If you get this you will know the loch.

The shot was taken from my canoe so not a view likely to be seen by a walker.

I didn't realise that a Roy of the Rovers comic was relaunched in the 90s - my memory goes back to the original of the 50s and 60s.

I was actually thinking of Voil when I posted Doile, but got them the wrong way round!
