Cheers. To be honest, having been there a couple of times, I got your "pun" immediately, having used it myself for a canoeing blog I think!



OK, this smaller loch is at the head of, and linked to, a much bigger loch? Either will do.

Immediately I saw this it reminded me of Loch Langabhat on Harris but its not so I am going to go for a near by loch which I haven't seen, Loch Leatha , at the head of Loch Reasort

Nope, not on Harris, I'm afraid, or Lewis for that matter.

Assynt is very recognizable by its rocks, so I only had to look at the lochs in that area.
So I think we are at Loch Beag, connected to Loch Glencoul here.
Have you been visiting the waterfall?

Cheers, I never went on the steamboat but did camp on the shores of Loch Awe so this looked famiiliar

No steam boats on this loch but nice for a dip.
