I am guessing it is not Fife soi I am going to go for either Loch Glass or Loch Morie. I've not been to either but possibly loch Glass?

Thank-you, I wouldn't have got it but for the fact that very recently I was looking at images on line for Loch Glass...for this thread (I was wrong) another week and it would have been lost in the misty reaches of my brain. You did get Loch Ericht, just ahead of my viewing it. I took a number of photos from that spot but on a clear day it is very photogenic (and memorable)

I have heavily cropped the following to avoid some very significant landmarks.
