Loch Spey, just off the Watershed. Passed it earlier this year

I was sitting on the bus from Perth to Aberdeen when I was looking your photo, thought it was Loch Spey, was going to check my photo from Creag a Bhanain when I got home but your clue clinched it. I couldn't remember the name of the nearer loch

Time for a clue. The "loch" in the distance is actually the sea and the photo is heavily cropped for a reason.

Clue 2, My walk took me past 2 points of interest (to me) one a 1/14th of the height of the other (approximately).

Clue 3, The larger structure ( that I was interested in) is approx 80 years older than the smaller structure.
