Was Caledonian Soul linked to a rock band?

Probably wrong but I keep thinking of Castle Stalker, though the RB eludes me. If it's a, conjecture, Royal Battle, that seems a bit too far-fetched as the only nearby battle was the Battle of Stalc, another murderous interlude in the clan wars.
KA could possibly be King Arthur, of The Holy Grail film, whose opening sequence was filmed at Castle Stalker.
I must get out more.

Nope, all cold. Summary: CS links to a RB and to KA. RB and KA have nothing in common.
CS is not a person, although it was personified in a manner of speaking.

Is it any thing to do with Kelso Abbey being on the former site of the Royal Burgh of Roxburgh?
If not, is RB "roman bridge" by any chance?

You're thinking along the right lines.

Cullen Skink is related to a Royal Burgh: Cullen, But I don't know where KA comes in (but was a clue, not the original....so maybe I am wrong again)

I also wondered about Cullen Skink after thinking about the elements of a Burns Supper but Sgurr got there first as I was posting about Rabbie! He also visited Cullen.

Rohan is very warm, but not with CS. KA is not Kelso Abbey, but is in a similar category. I originally meant for RB to be a generic term, not a name, but of course (d'oh!) it does refer to a name which has previously been mentioned above.

You're there with Robbie Burns, but I originally had Railway Bridge in mind for RB. The link with CS disappeared some years ago but it still sticks today.
KA is more properly known as AAK, but in relation to CS it's referred to as KA.
