Loch Lyon is it's Anglicised name, it's Scottish Gaelic name is Loch Liobhunn. I'm not certain how to pronounce either so from now on perhaps we could refer to it as "Loch 1"?

To answer an earlier question,Seaforth is an area within Sefton which forms part of Merseyside,Merseyside also contains the borough of Liverpool,Seaforth is a couple of miles from the Liverpool boundary,but i think that most people would accept that it sort of comes as a part of Liverpool as it is pretty close by.Indeed were i live is even further away but on my Avatar info i put my location as,Liverpool!

Seaforth is at the north end of Liverpool docks. If you're down that way, the Anthony Gormley statues on the beach are close by and worth a look.

This seems to have died over a conflict about whose go it is! I don't know the answer to the salty sea loch starting with S - I'm sure people can continue to have a go at that clue but, as the joint 'winner' I'm putting another one out to try to revive the thread...
