This is not a guess - just a random thought about the RB.
Others who know Scottish history better than me might want to consider in their guesses.
In medieval times, the Bishop Rae Bridge (“Rae” sounds a bit fishy?...) into Glasgow used to have a bell, rung by the leper colony. One story is that the name Gorbals comes from this “gory bell”.
I have no idea about the other initials!
