(Point of order. I wouldn't normally allow a voter to change their mind once their vote had been cast. On this occasion however I took litljortindan's second vote as it was done quickly and there were no other votes in the intervening time. Also, this month was *really* hard to choose a top 3 
Had there been other votes in the intervening time I would have suspected tactical voting and disallowed the second vote. This is not a ticking off, just a point of information.)
