Sorry for the slow response - I'm away in the Alps at the moment.
We'd love to have availability searches across all properties - currently you can search availability only on our agency cottages. However many (most) of our advertisers are private ones, which may give you the best prices booking direct, but who all use different booking and availability systems (or in many cases no systems at all). So at the moment it isn't possible to search availability of every property.
