Great day with Kev bagging all 7 munros in the Ben Lawers range. 9 hours. Used viewfinder for navigation for the first time and it worked brilliantly. Brilliant sunshine. Also used my inov-8 trainers for the first time and ran a little in them. Feet got wet and never dried and my big ties are both sore (shoes too small?) but otherwise so comfortable. Windy at the top of Ben Lawers. Ate lots of sushi.
