:? This walk in late October is a good little challenge but is really wet underfoot. Mountain bikes have rather chewed up most of the path until near the very top. So it's boots for sure. Walking shoes will not do. The reward at the top is well worth it. At Urie Loch, unlike Corrie Fionn Lochan, there is little by way of natural seating when the ground is wet. Enjoy the views.
