Parked at Little Vantage car park.

VERY boggy for the first couple of kilometers, so rather slow going. The rest of the path is very muddy with boggy patches, and it's boggy on the summit too.

Looks like a lovely walk in Summer, but even with good boots and gaiters I was wet to the knee - I was trying to avoid the worst of it but there were some concealed deep boggy bits underneath heather that got me anyway. I think tall wellies would be the only way to stay completely dry at this time of year, and even then caution would be needed!
