Our first significant walk in months, really feeling the need to get more exercise especially when we're fortunate to have such open spaces nearby. We ditched the winter kit (axe and spikes) and I even switched my winter jacket for lighter layers... should have checked that forecast more closely though as it was freezing out there today! A day later, and it feels like the legs and knees will take a while to recover - at least I've warmed up again though

Loving the new bikes; no more pushing up hill :D

Track in has been scraped so it's mostly fairly smooth

Left the bikes at the bridge; clear summit out there coming and going

Cloud came down a little more the closer we got

Chlamain's frozen summit; decided we'd carry on walking in a loop from here

Over to the North Top (an ex Munro Top), then mostly downhill from here

Walking in to the freezing wind, but we had a clear view of the circuit

View over to Chlamain from our last top

Heading back down to the bikes for an easy ride out - my knees were really playing up now (that'll teach me for barely moving for weeks!)

Our stats - just need to keep exercising more regularly now and I'll get the spring back in my step :)
