Spring is finally here and March saw a good mix of trip reports with people making the most of the longer days and also dredging the memories to write up trips from previous years.

Standing Stone 81 wins £100 Cotswold Outdoor vouchers for taking us on a stunning day on the coast in John o'Groats Trail: Lybster to Whaligoe.

We also loved Blackpanther's account of searching for and finding wreckage from a crashed plane in Affric-an holidays: Wellington T2707 and this wins the £50 runner up prize.

Thanks to everyone for posting in March, in particular we laughed at Bobble-Hat-Kenny for proving you can go a long way in M&S shoes when he arrived at the start with one of his boots and one of his wife's in BHK & Gromit in "The Wrong Shoes": Stronend from Todholes. Aaquator also raised a smile with How to Accidentally Descend a Shoulder, Leum Uilleim Edition and we were inspired to get out more by Glass half full - Beinn Ìme NE Ridge from Inveruglas and the dogged determinism to make the most of travel restrictions by Fife Flyer's A couple of clatto's and 9 more Tumps
