This walk starts off in a gorgeous little village, and slowly starts to go off into the countryside. The directions from here were accurate enough, however the house that it references with free range chickens and peacocks, doesn't seem to be there anymore, I suspect the new house being built has replaced it.

The path up to the waterfall takes you through farmers fields and there were sheep in it at the time, there were also notices around the fact that lambs could be in the field and dog walkers need to be careful. Each gate that we encountered on our walk had a stile, so there was no need for us to disturb the gate.

I'm not sure we quite got to the end of the walk as described here, due to the boggy conditions and the overgrowth of grose bushes but we did get a good view of it and got some nice pictures.

Not a long walk but a nice one if you are prepared for the boggy conditions and steep climb.
