Cruinn a bheinn, a gem of a hill

I’m not going to say much about today’s walk apart from two things. First if you climb the hill in decent weather, you have terrific views. Secondly, if you’re doing a quick up and down as we were, as soon as you’ve walked up the zigzags from Cailness cottage and see the fence, follow it! We didn’t on the way up but did on our descent. The ground underfoot is much easier.
