Route description: Stuchd an Lochain

To get to the start point, Giorra Dam of Loch an Dàimh, take the right turn off Glen Lyon when you see the sign for "Lochs Estate".

Stage 2

The colours of the water are stunning, however if you have come this far down to the boathouse, you've missed the cairn marking the start point!

What a cracking day. I'm way overdue a return up there. Did it once on a howler of a February day about 12/13 years ago and saw squat. Tried to get there again last December and made the final turn off for the dam before becoming completely overcome by snowdrifts.
