This is my first review but here goes.

My wife and I are new to the hillwalking game and are still taking things relatively easy compared to all you mountain goats. What I love in the brief experience so far is the adventure, sense of accomplishment and wellbeing from being outdoors. Think I might be toning up a wee bit too.

Anyway, this walk was very pleasant. It took a couple of km through the sheep to get to the foothills but the ascent was a great challenge on the legs but so so worth it for the incredible 360 view from the summit of the Tor.

We would highly recommend for anyone wishing to start hill walking as it is suitable for most with a reasonable level fitness.

Many thanks

When I was there the wind was so strong I didn't dare stand up on the top of the tor and left that honour to my dog! Looks like you got a lovely day for it. :D
