As a local and recently started walking hills thought this was needed to be done. Parked at the track end on the bad corner and walked back the short distance to the uninspiring start. Local knowledge had already told me to follow the grassy track , keeping the shooting butts on the left and head towards the fence on the right, Basically follow the fence all the way to the top. That was simple but the walking was wet, very wet and boggy for probably three quarters of the climb. Photos attached. Wasn't the best walk but great views at the top made it worthwhile.
