sunday was the day for her to climb her 7th Munro...Weather forecast was more than promising for most of Scotland and because of our base camp was close to Torridon and no far from Assynt the choice was between these two areas. Late breakfast and lazy start of the day made our decision for Torridon - Beinn Alligin ! :D
Last time I climbed the two Munros of Alligin incl. The Horns it was in October 2015 so it would be a good repeat and enjoy the beautiful mountain with my family this time...Late start and the hot weather made us to do at least one Munro there...so Cheyenne need to wait for next to enjoy the scramble over The Horns
Despite the delay it was a great day in the mountains...in the beautiful Torridon area...and it was nice to meet another Walkhighlander - Kevin Russell

........................................................................

Despite the not typical weather for most of the May, we were lucky enough to manage and enjoy some "dry" mountain trips in the month and the last weekend in the Fairburn Activity Centre and Torridon made the best memories from the Post Lockdown time.
We started by Ben Ledi:

Continued by Stob Dubh / Buachaille Etive Beag in Glencoe...

I did my favourite Ben Nevis for the 25th time:

...and finished ( meantime ) in Torridon.
Hopefully the weather will stay with all of us in the next at least weeks and hope no any more Lockdown restrictions...
The Freedom is so wonderful ! And the mountains beautiful !!!
Thanks for reading and for watching...
All the best !

Hi James, nice to hear from you ! Sorry for your loss...but as you said, you have wonderful memories with Jake.
Congratulations for completion all the Munros  I stuck on some number, sacrificing my progress to spend more of the outdoor time with my family, repeating some of the mountains more times enjoying our family time, happy that my girls are for the outdoor adventures :D Cheyenne has done 8 Munros now and I will be happy to do some others with her rather than finish my round especially in the kind weather conditions...looks like I can do some progress in the colder winter days
Best wishes and happy hillwalking with your new Pup
