Six south side Loch Mullardoch Munros access by Kayak.

Well I have had this planned route marked on my map for over 10 years, so finally decided to tackle it and with a reasonable forecast, the trip was on.
Plan A was to paddle to 8km or so up the loch and tackle 2 furthest north side Munros on Friday but after the long drive from Dundee, then faced by the locked gates , wind blowing down the loch in the wrong direction and the big portage down to the Loch ( must invest in kayak trolley) plan A was abandoned.
So we went for plan B kayak full length of Loch to the shielings.
I have attached a picture of the concrete slipway I carried the kayaks down (not recommended) but shorter than the tramp down the track to the beach.
Day 1
We set off at 1:00pm thinking a two hour paddle but as my partner is a relative novice and against the wind the journey took just over three.
When we arrived close to the shiellings we were very cold and wet so a quick change to warm walking gear was needed.
After a scout around for a flat pitch we got the tent up happy days.
Day 2.
During breakfast I heard the Ferry man's boat approaching it was some time before the hill walker was passing our tent.
His plan was similar to ours but he was planning to bivvy in the mountains.
We saw him later that day setting up between Carn Eighe and Beinn Fhionnlaidh.
We set off at 8:20 am to tackle the walk as we were planning to do six Munros I was mindful to keep.the pace reasonably slow to around 8m/min. I knew it was going to be a long day.
I have attached the route we used.
The climb to the first Munro was a bit of a slog but there after it was not so bad.
Number 250 for me
There was a fair bit of ascent and decent to follow but with the slower pace we were both OK.
After the final pull to the last Munro we decided to take alternate routes back to the Loch. My partner opted for the more sensible route retracing her steps back to the balance to descend to the valley, I decided to take the steep decent back to the Loch
Guess who made the right decision.
She had a very pleasant decent to the valley and was greeted by large group of deer.
I on the other hand had a mist cloud roll in and very heavy rain to contend with
on the decent.
The round of 6 took 13 hours approx longer than expected but we both felt OK so the slower pace was definitely the correct decision.
Day 3 .
Paddle back to the dam this time wind in favour. 2 hour paddle.
