I'd been reading the SMC's guide to this walk and then reports on this site which seemed to make more sense. Having turned off the A 87 towards Morvich, we drove right past the car park by the cemetery and got ready at a car park about half a kilometre down the road. Then after studying the hillside and seeing the path zigzagging up we drove back to the correct car park complete with a sign saying "Clachan Duich burial ground car park". A good start. The kissing gate was obvious as well! It was a delight to be on a path which continued all the way to a very windy top. Once we were on the flat ground with the top of Sgurr an Airgid ahead of us, the views opened up and the noise from the main road disappeared. We didn't linger at the broken trig point as it was too cold and windy but headed down to find a more sheltered spot for lunch. We simply retraced our steps to get back to the car relishing the fact that there was a path all the way!
