I had been planning to climb another hill for a while but never got round to it. Murr at work wanted to climb his first hill so we thought we’d try King’s Seat Hill in the Ochils, not far from us. My son also came with us.
We only took my car as we were only going up and down the same way from Mill Glen in Tillicoultry.
Off we set up the steps at the start, I’ve never liked climbing like that, always seems to be more difficult than a straight walk up an incline. Anyway, once we finished with the steps we continued on the route gaining height quite quickly. The path was good all the way up.
A bit of lunch when we got to the top. Great views from the summit.
Getting back down the same way was a lot quicker. A good day out was had by all.
