1130 to 1630
overnight in Kingsbarns car park and shuttle with car before returning for toastie shack breakfast to start of the day.
Scorchio when rest of country drookit. Enjoyable but tough headland sections with stone steps. Buddo rock for lunch and high tide capers to negotiate. 20 mins before high tide managed to get everyone across dryshod except myself, shoes/socks off required, other walkers sitting it outwaiting for tide to turn. Rock and spindle signalled nearly there, into St As for Luvians ice cream and cold drink (Janettas queue massive) home by 7pm and welcome chinese for tea.
