Done over 2 days with a stopover in white laggan bothy ,a tough demandfing route where off the beaten path tall tussock grass combined with felled tree stumps made for difficult going in places even parts of track were very lumpy and care had to be taken.

weather was dry on day one with slight drizzle and strong wind across the higher points ,day 2 was similar with lots more rainfall ,that subsided once lower down.
