Fran and I got to the underpass just before the petrol station in Dalwhinnie at 4.45. However, it was **** down.

We sat in the car for a bit and just decided to go for it as we were concerned we were going to lose daylight for putting the tents up.

Bikes in tow granted I pushed it most of the way.

The section you strike off across the moor I would probably just leave the bike next time as both of us had to push it to Culra.

I had forgotten to switch my Suunto on so did not catch the whole route but i think it took us 3 hrs 30. On the way back we were much quicker as the hole route back to the car took us 3hrs. (see 21/08/21)
