Went on this walk with Mark K and travis. parked the camper at Lamington Kirk and took the road to Baitlaws farm, before getting there took the path to Cowgill Loch where where was an amazing amount of frogs, the earth was moving with them. Then continued to Cowgill lower reservoir and just before the upper reservoir took to the hill and headed to the 626m summit of Hudderstone. The followed the hill line over the 562m Windgate Bank, 577m Whitelaw Brae and the 556m Hardrig Head where the diggers clearing the land for the windmills have nearly destroyed the cairn, they have dug so close to it that it will likely topple in the near future.

We then returned over easkgill rig, passing Bleakfield on the way back to the Kirk. A very pleasant day out in the hills and we met some lovely folk.
