On the basis of a good weather forecast we'd booked a B&B in Kinlochleven on the way home from a trip to England with the idea of doing some hills. The day before the weather predictions turned sour, so we followed the WH loop out to the Blackwater Dam and back. It's a low level walk that has been on the radar for a while. Although the clouds did lift for a while on the Glencoe hills, the Mamores were in cloud most of the day. The trip was very enjoyable and we left in plenty of time for an easy drive home.
