A breezy day so set off up the path from Glen Shiel campsite and once round the corner headed off up some steep bracken and heather covered slopes to gain the ridge. A fence was crossed and the undulating ridge was followed, a track was sometimes visible but it came and went, as did showers of rain. The surrounding higher hills were in cloud, but the views down the valley were grand. Dropped down to the path up to the saddle then followed the track down the glen to the campsite
