This was a thoroughly enjoyable wee walk and not steep for this 76-year-old lady :) as it’s a long gradual incline on a good path. Although the day was very dull, the views were superb. At Stage 5 where there is a track to the right (the walk keeps left), look over your right shoulder and you’ll see a standing stone marked Gallow Hill with some information. It may have been erected recently as the community have now taken over care of the hill. Ideal for a family walk with children.
