Another excellent report. I like the clustered and stacked bar charts coloured deep sky blue and orange/red sunset. You've made a lot of use of July, I see. Epic journey(s) that must have brought you a lot of great experiences. Thank you sharing the write-ups! All thoroughly enjoyed.

We are all in different leagues, thank goodness rockhopper. We have never been in your wild camping league. I pretend it's because R doesn't like it, but I don't really think it's fun to strap a whole load of gear on your back and then start tangling with beasties, damp and on one occasion damp-proof matches where we didn't realise we had to scrape the wax off them first and ended up eating next day's sandwiches in a grump. This wild camp was worth several Marylins ,but who's keeping the records anyway?

Congratulations on completing the Corbetts! What a way to do it and a lovely set up hills. Still remember them fondly. Reading how long it took you to complete them gives me hope! Lovely report and photos!

Those days sadly are long gone and while I've done almost all the hills within a days drive of Perthshire, venturing further afield is now rather expensive - I'm past camping but may be a campervan is the answer

Congratulations, rockhopper. In many ways, a mighty fine and very fitting completion...location, hill choice, weather, history/memories, etc., among them.
Imagine it came as some relief the other pair weren't actually "finishing" on Spidean Coinich?!
