Landowner signs are a little off putting saying CCTV surveillance nearly all the way up. One sign said beware of shooting and gave a mobile number to ring for landowners permission. I tried calling that number but no answer, now recorded message and no notice saying there was a shoot that day so carried on.
Lovely autumn day crisp and sunny. A very straightforward track right up to the summit. No one around, very cold on the top, winter on the way and a light sprinkling of snow on Ben Wyvis across the glen,
Only took just over 3 hours but good to stretch the legs. Had lunch by the side of the waterfalls with Millie
