October seemed to end with the heavens well and truly opened - but it looks like most of you made the most of it before the weather really turned, with a big selection of great walk reports.

First prize goes to rockhopper for a trip which was special in more ways than one, as he 'compleated' his Corbetts on Quinag with an overnight camp: Quinag (#222). Congrats - there's a £100 Cotswold Outdoor voucher coming your way.

The £50 runner up prize was a hard call - with several more completion reports in contention. However, for the runners-up prize we've taken a trip to Lakeland to enjoy the words and images in Picking up Splinters around Scandale by johnkaysleftleg.

Thanks to everyone who posted.
