Hadn't been on a hill for over two months - issues with my lower back. Have been trying various things but haven't got to the root cause yet. Decided to go for a longish walk to see how I got on - managed the walk albeit upper legs/joints seized a bit. Back still a problem though so need to keep trying to find a solution. Very windy but stayed dry other than a very light smattering of rain early on. Found a set of car keys on the return leg - handed them in at the visitor centre and helped them find the car as the registration number was on a label on the keys.
