Arrived at the starting point after a quick re-jig of the route as the last bit was marked as 'closed due to snow' (not convinced).

Setting off in thick fog and freezing temperatures, once above the temperature inversion were soon rewarded with great views of across to Schiehallion and a brocken spectre. It was a funny sort of day with temperatures varying from freezing to mild over short distances.

On reaching the double electric fence we carefully crossed it before following the path along side it to the summit. By the time we got to the summit plateau we were back in the fog, so finding the tiny summit cairn took a bit of searching.

We then retraced our steps along the fence before crossing again to following a path down (which eventually petered out), to join the Rob Roy way and return to the start.
