The first bridge remains closed, and the FC's estimate for re-opening of "April 2021" is a little out, as it is now January 2022! The second bridge is now open. The walk can still be made "circular" despite the closure of the first bridge by wading through the Strontian river at the horse crossing (just before the closed first bridge). The crossing has marker sticks to show depth, and is generally flat and an easy crossing only up to mid-shin depth.
