This is a pleasant and simple short walk. But in January 2022, it is seriously obstructed by trees fallen during Storm Arwen. The return route to the south of Lennel House, and the section heading west of the A6112 past Lennel Mount, are both impassable and require some innovative diversions to get around the fallen trees.

This caught me out too back in December. But as you say, it's possible to get past the fallen trees, some of it requiring climbing steep banks and fences.
