As I walked the Cobbler last sunday for the first time Ifelt a great sence off achevement, but as we were on our way down the mountain we spoke to some walkers who asked if we had done the pinnical and the awnser was no. Yes we had got to the sumit but it wasnt the true sumit!!!! So on speaking with my mate on Tuesday and showing him this site he was up for a walk up a mountain as he has never done any hill walking at all and my 12 yr old daughter wanted to come to as she had never done it to. We started the walk about 10 weather was dry but the clouds were really low.

Just our luck, you dont get to see the mountain all day because off low cloud, what happens when you get to the pub, the clouds lift and a fantastic end to the day with a great view off the mountain.

Well done for getting up there - some cracking photos. 8)

I was up The Cobbler the other day but I didn't fancy getting too close to the edge.
