Time taken: 3.5 hours

Distance: 9.25 km

Lovely walk over lunchtime. Easy hard core road all the way. Lunch at the pier with seal swimming all around. All dry under foot. The hill fort was disappointing as there is very little to see to the untrained eye. Old lighthouse building is being demolished but route around it to the pier is easy
