Parked in Dalrigh CP which was rapidly filling up. Nice day. After getting a bit lost at start, we crossed the new bridge and headed up through Scots pine forest next to river then out into open - really lovely climb next to river. Gets a bit more stark near top. Easy stroll over to BD then back to junction and over to BOss. Great views. descended and reascended to junction then back down the way we came up with a pause next to river for a snack / drink. A really lovely walk in varied landscapes. Met a few weird people en route. One couple said they were going to do 4 munros - which I thought highly unlikely as Ben Oss was teir first but in middle of the group and it was already 3pm. They seemed to ge lost as they descended from Ben Oss (without heading up to BD and those slopes (to north) reportedly quite dangerous. I don't think they knew what they were doing.
