We decided to do it from this side as it was less challenging (perhaps not so exciting)
Weather very sunny ,but with a chance of an inversion
Plenty of “hydro” work going on in the Glen.

Once we had crossed the Bealach Clach nam Meirleach , we left the bags near a small pool before tackling the final ascent. I took the precaution of putting a mark on the gps.

Then back down to retrieve the bags. We searched by what we thought was the right pool, but no sight of them. Switched on gps , to find I was nearly out of battery & the spare batteries were in the bag

Fortunately it lasted long enough for us to find the batteries 50 metered away
Now back down to the forest.
