We did the walk clockwise - not by decision but simply because we didn't realise we were suppose to walk on the road for the first 2 miles instead of the path, and we were too lazy to turn back  . This walk easily makes my top 3 because of the views. It was a long walk, there were some mild scrambling and the way down was a bit sketchy.

The ascent to the lochan in front of the Triple Buttress is gentle. We stopped at the lochan, had a dip and spent sometime sun bathing before making our way at the deep ascent towards the ridge at around 12. (This is only possible because of the extra long daylight.)

The view from Spidean Core nan Clache easily makes my Top 3. It felt like we were truly surrounded by mountains.

After taking a rest on the peak and pampering ourselves with the view, we started to make our way down the scree. The path was quite eroded and I slipped a few times, no bad slips but I think it is a path need to proceed with care.

It took so much focus to walk down and this becomes one of those walk it felt like eternal towards the end of the walk.

It was a long, effortful walk but it's well worth it!
