Walk with Graham Smith of LDWA, parked at lochside car park and followed stalkers path almost to summit of Carn Ghluasaid, then on over easy slopes to the top. Continued round easy ground to ascend Sgurr nan Conbhairean, steep in places, continued on to Sail Chaorainn, from where the ridge out to Carn a' Mhadaidh-ruaidh attracted Grahams attention, so after a steep descent to get onto the ridge, romped out to the attractive top. Returned to the slope back up to SNC and took easiest route to return by the uphill path to save our ageing knees
