What else could one do on a rainy, windy and misty day like this as to go over wet and boggy moor to bag a couple of Drumochter munros  -- and you won't believe it: I wasn't the only one with this idea! Just 1 km away of today's second munro, A' Bhuidheanach Bheag, I met a couple coming down :D .
After a short and jolly chat and a comment about my socks & sandals which had been as soaked as their proper shoes  we happily continued our walks in his and hers direction. On my way back the rain finally ceased and and it cleared up a little bit. For more details, see the pictures 8)

They never move when it is raining, only observing me very closely.

A view eventually!
:D
It was only a very short drive from the Old School Hostel and as I came from Dalwhinnie Old School Hostel I parked at the layby N° 88 on the north side of the A 9 so it safed me the crossing over this notorious road. As I had my bike on the rack I started cycling up the rough track but soon gave up because the gradient got awfully steep after about one kilometer.
