View from the Summit looking North
Parked in the verge on the south side of Loch Earn in front of Ardvorlich House. Only a few cars parked up unlike weekends when it gets very busy. Followed the road over the bridge then cut right on the track then back over the burn before cutting left on a track up the hillside and through several locked gates. After 1.5km took the left fork on rougher track which climbs up the glen and eventually over a bridge with a small concrete dam just beyond. After that followed the ATV track up the hillside which eventually runs out. Quite a bit of snow further up. Followed tracks up the side of Beinn Domhnuill. Met a guy who had relocated from Norfolk to Crieff with his family and whose tracks I had followed. He had to pick up his daughter from School so hadn't gone to the top. Had a chat then pushed up further then across the side of Beinn Domhnuill before descending to the bealach with frozen peat bog. Final steep ascent up to the summit of Meall an Fearna with superb views all around and no wind. Had lunch before descending down into the glen then rejoined the ATV track and then track back to the car. A few people up Ben Vorlich but I apearred to be the only one up Meall na Fearna.
Having completed all the Munros in 2019, I'm going around again but also climbing more Corbetts.
